Yes, you can make Mega Man dress up as his own robot sister. It's just creepy enough to be awesome. Anyway, check behind the cut for a video of the opening cutscene, and a ton of new screens and art.

Ha! Chun-Li has a cameo in the opening cutscene.
Kudos to Capcom for apparentley using the original Megaman artist, and also for making the fire weapon waterproof.
