Get Your Daily Dose of the Power-Up Pyramid

Have you had your USDA recommended dose of Mushrooms and Vegetables today? No? Well, if you keep forgetting which "power-ups" you need and in what quantity, just glance at the art for Noisebot's Power-Up Pyramid T-shirt. Even better, try to name all the power-ups and which games they can from! I can handle everything except the three bottles in the Dairy section, which stump me hardcore.

Sweets - Vitamin from Dr Mario, Screw Attack from Metroid, Star from Mario series.
Dairy - The two milk bottles I'm certain are from Adventure Island. The blue jar might be the invisibility item from the original Castlevania, but I'm not sure.
Meat - Frog Suit from Mario 3, Shell and Yoshi egg from Mario series.
Vegetables - Turnip from Mario 2, Mushroom and Fire Flower from Mario series.
Fruits - Cherries and potion from Mario 2, berry from Mario World.
Bottom row - Ring from Sonic, Energy Tank from Megaman, Pretzel from Pacman, Heart container from Zelda, Power up pod from Gradius.
I think the cherry is also from Pac-Man.

I think you're right about the blue one being from Castlevania. That's the one I thought I recognized, but couldn't quite place.
I thought the blue bottle was a magic bottle from Zelda II.
