Whatcha Playin'?

I like to keep the pulse of our... howevermany readers we have. I'm pretty sure it's at least a dozen, possibly more. So if you're out there, chime in and let me know what Nintendo you're going to be playing to help usher out 2007 and bring in 2008?

Over here it's probably going to be playing catch-up on Super Mario Galaxy and spending more time with that copy of NiGHTs I got over the weekend. I've also got Tales of Symphonia to start, Shining Force to finish, and some imports I'm working on some nice detailed reviews of for all you happy people. I'm actually not playing much DS lately at all, and I'm not sure why, but I do want to finish off Orcs and Elves so I can post my post-mortem of it.

But enough about me-- what about you?

Well if I don't get to spend New Years with my family (unlikely at this point) and seeing as how I'm going to be sick with 2 days off work, I am probably going to be doing a lot of catch-up. Super Mario Galaxy is a definite, and I can't really think of anything I'd rather play on the Wii at this time (at least, without putting in some concerted effort, I'll start playing a Zelda game one of these days!)

My object of obsession for right now is the DS. It's perfect for bed-ridden gaming! I definitely have a lot of games to catch up on (60+), but I just obtained the GBA Final Fantasy VI remake and will probably play that. I've never been as obsessed with any material object in my whole life as I was with the SNES Final Fantasy "3" (ironic considering the thousands of dollars' worth of gaming I own and yet Final Fantasy 3 was given to me for free by a friend), so I'm going through and trying to see every bit of re-translated dialogue. For science.

Contra 4 for the DS. Should keep me busy for awhile.

I'm playing Harvest in the Heartland still, because I'm a broken human being. I also want to get back to Super Mario Galaxy and maybe The Godfather Blackhand Edition soon.

Recently acquired games for N64 Starcraft64,Clayfighter631/3, Kirby's Crystal shards,Mace: The Dark Age,Forsaken.

Picross DS, still. If only my incompetence at platformers hadn't ruined my chances at continuing in Drawn to Life!
